"No experience needed" gets slapped on a lot of things that turn out to need experience anyway. Here's what it actually means in this case, because it's an easy phrase to be skeptical of.
It means this: if you've never opened an AI tool in your life, never touched anything more advanced than a text message, you have everything required to start. There's no software to install beyond an app or a website, no account settings to configure correctly, no prerequisite skill hiding a few steps in. The entire barrier to entry is being able to type a sentence.
What trips people up isn't a missing skill — it's expecting there to be a missing skill, and stalling out looking for it.
